Scene 1: Teds introduction


Ted: *reaches over the camera and takes a seat*
Hi, my name is Ted Sawyers, im 17 years old and a photography student. Im a big fan of the arts, i enjoy painting and drawing, i mean im not very good but its, something to pass the time i guess. I dont really have any friends. Im a carer for my mam, so i miss alot of time in college and usually stay indoors most of the time,  Im not very sociable, i mean i prefer to be on my own, i dont really relate to people that much, people usually call me a weirdo.. or a freak! There is one person i met recently, norman, hes always asked about me, tried to involve me as much as he can and stuck up for me when he could, the problem is.. we have a mutual familiar. He is now best buddies withthis one person that i went through school with, Nick. He bullied me all the way through school, he used to take my bag away from me and empty it into a toilet, he used to do things like mock and embarrass me, he made my life a misery, and now he does the same course as me, continuing to degrade me. Well... I cant take it anymore, tonight, i plan to kill him, get my revenge on him for the years of torture that i went through. If you are watching this video, i will have completed my task and i will hand this in to the authorities before i get a chase for it. I bid you goodbye.


Scene 2: Classroom

Norman: Where is ted at? I haven’t seen him all day.

Nick: I don’t know he’s probably at home, looking after his poor old mother again. Oh look at me I’m Ted feel sorry for me I deserve everyone’s sympathy.

Norman: Come on man, don’t be like that because honestly he does deserve everyone’s sympathy at the moment he has a lot going on so it would actually be nice to see you being supportive for once.

Nick: Yeah whatever I don’t like the kid, it is all for attention as far as I’m concerned so don’t tell me how to act.

Norman: Okay well you keep acting that way but all I’m going to recommend is that you change your ways unless it will come back around to affect you at some point and I won’t be the one feeling any sympathy for you in that moment. 

Nick: sigh


Scene 3:  Walkway back home

Norman: So, have you thought about your actions or should I just stop mentioning this to you because it’s actually getting a little bit tiring?

Nick: Yeah I’ve thought about it, but decided not to change my actions because when I’m proved right I won’t look like an idiot unlike you.

Norman: Give it a rest for crying out loud, you really need to humble yourself because as I said earlier what goes around comes around.

Nick: stops and glares into the distance in fear

Norman: What’s wrong? Are you finally taking my suggestion into consideration?

Nick: Look!

Norman: Look what? Oh you’re going to apologise now, right?

Nick: No, look over there. points in direction of a masked figure

Norman: Oh my lord! We are definitely walking another way home that is creepy.
Nick: Hurry up! I want to leave now this is scaring me especially when its dark outside right now.

Norman: Yeah let’s go. I know another way home but it has no lights which probably doesn’t help our situation at the minute when we are clearly both scared of that creep over there.

Nick: Shut up and leave already I don’t care; I doubt that creep will follow us, anyways he will just be doing it to intimidate people to boost his self-confidence and that will also explain why he wears a mask.

Norman: Okay that’s enough whining! Why are we even standing here? Let’s at least walk away before anything gets even weirder.

Norman & Nick: walk away down a dark path

Ted (Masked Guy): follows Norman and Nick once they turn the corner

After walking down the path for a little while Norman & Nick get a suspicion that they are being followed so they turn around and not to their surprise the masked guy is standing directly behind them with his weapon at hand.

Ted (Masked Guy): tilts head

Ted (Masked Guy): swings his weapon and narrowly misses Nick and slips onto the pavement

Norman & Nick: RUN! sprint away in fear

Scene 4: Back at home

Norman: Well thankfully we got back here safe I can’t imagine we are in danger now.

Nick: I think we are safe. Did you see the idiot? He fell onto the pavement so he can’t be a very good murderer.

Norman: We got lucky okay. Don’t be getting too settled now we should stay on guard until the morning then that way we know that we are safe.

Nick: Yeah that’s fine so long as I’m not going back home.

Norman: I guess I can put up with you for one-night mate.

Later on that night…….

Window screeching 

Ted (Masked Guy): What’s cooking? Anything for me?

Norman & Nick: OH SHIT!

Ted (Masked Guy): bursts through the door“Smells fucking delightful” charges towards Nick

Nick: sprints up the stairs

Norman: runs into the living room and hides underneath a blanket

Ted: Come on! Just bake me a pie or something I’m a simple man or I can just kill you. Which would you prefer? 

no response

Ted: Well then I guess I’m going to have to kill you. This should be very fun. chases after Nick up the stairs

Scene 5: Bedroom 

Nick quickly runs into the bedroom and hides inside the closet

Ted: *sprints up the stairs in search of Nick*

*checks the bathroom* "Not here"
*checks bedroom* 

 Nick: *panics and starts to breath heavily until the pressure becomes too much* 
Slowly but surely, Nick opens the closet door and walks out with an attempt to surrender

 Nick: "Okay, please don't kill me i don't want to die"

 Ted: *charges towards Nick with a hammer*

 Nick: *sprints out of the bedroom towards the stairs*

 Ted: *chases Nick and swings the hammer towards him*

Nick *dodges the hammer but trips down the staircase*

 Ted: *stares in disbelief* "Well ... that was disappointing"

Digital  & Print Magazine Production Assessment Digital magazines and print magazines contain both similarities and their differences which benefit the reader. For example a digital magazine can be displayed on a tablet, phone, laptop and many other devices which will benefit the reader as it will be an easier and quicker way to smoothly skip through pages when reading the magazine by the click of an arrow or press of an arrow on a keyboard. However, a print magazine is a physical copy therefore the reader will have to turn over pages which isn't an issue but it will not feel as smooth and simple as easily switching page by a click or press of a button.
